Macquarie Cloud Services achieves Microsoft Support Services designation.
Macquarie Cloud Services has been recognised by Microsoft as a Solutions Partner for Support Services, a designation that validates the quality, maturity, and consistency of our capability to deliver exceptional support experiences across Microsoft cloud offerings.
It’s a milestone worth pausing on, because of what earning it required: rigorous performance benchmarks, an independent customer satisfaction survey, and a deep assessment of our technical and operational capability, all reviewed directly by Microsoft.
What the designation actually means.
Microsoft’s Support Services designation sits within the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, and it’s not something partners can simply apply for and receive. To be considered, an organisation must already hold an active Solutions Partner designation in a competency area, be enrolled as a Cloud Solution Provider, and subscribe to one of Microsoft’s premium partner support plans.
From there, the path to designation runs through several stages: a performance assessment measuring support case rates against billed revenue, a customer success survey where our own customers rate their experience, and a capability assessment covering everything from technical certifications and support tooling to case management processes and quality assurance practices.
In other words, this is Microsoft’s endorsement that our support organisation meets a defined bar for responsiveness, technical depth, documentation, and customer outcomes, backed by both data and direct customer feedback.
Why it matters for our customers.
For the organisations who rely on Macquarie Cloud Services to run and support their Microsoft cloud environments, this designation is an independent indication that:
- Support is a genuine specialisation, not an afterthought bolted onto infrastructure delivery
- Our processes are mature and consistent, from how cases are logged and tracked through to how quality is monitored
- Customer satisfaction is measured, not assumed. Microsoft’s survey put real customer sentiment on the record
- Our teams hold current, relevant technical knowledge across the Microsoft solutions we support day to day
It sits alongside our existing Solutions Partner designations across Security, Data & AI (Azure), Digital & App Innovation (Azure), Infrastructure (Azure), and Modern Work, reinforcing that MCS is backed to support customers not just at the point of deployment, but for the life of their Microsoft environment.
What’s next.
Designations like this aren’t a finish line. Microsoft reviews performance on an ongoing basis, so Macquarie Cloud Services will continue investing in our support practice, our people, and our processes so that every customer interaction reflects the standard this recognition represents.
The Macquarie Cloud Services team’s day-to-day discipline is what this designation actually measures. Congratulations and thank you to everyone who contributed to getting us here.
